Streaming & Podcast Mental Health Summit
2nd Annual Event May 2026
The Streaming & Podcast Mental Health Summit is an interactive, youth-focused event centered on the theme Mental Health Matters. The summit is designed to educate, engage, and empower young people through hands-on experiences, movement, mindfulness, and peer-led conversations.

Throughout the day, participants rotate through a variety of mindful activities such as yoga, meditation, and journaling, alongside physical activities including walking, Zumba, sports, or gardening. Attendees also take part in a team-based scavenger hunt, where groups uncover clues that introduce key mental health topics, resources, and coping strategies in a fun and collaborative way.

Participants who complete one mindful activity, one physical activity, and the scavenger hunt are rewarded with free lunch and beverages, reinforcing positive participation and self-care.

The event transitions into an energetic livestream experience, featuring a DJ and engaging on-site activities. The day concludes with a live-recorded podcast led by students, where youth share why mental health matters to them, reflect on what they learned from the scavenger hunt, and engage in meaningful discussion with mental health professionals.

This summit blends wellness, education, and media to create an inclusive, impactful experience that normalizes conversations around mental health while amplifying youth voices.
